What are my shipping charges?

Barefoot Inc offer flat rates for shipping to keep things easy to calculate.

Regular shipping is NZ $3.00 for all purchases which include Vibram FiveFingers. (PBT Couriers / NZ POST)

Shipping to PO Boxes
Please be aware that orders cannot be delivered by courier to PO Boxes, if a PO Box is listed as the shipping address your order will be posted which will add time to the delivery date. In this instance we would always recommend orders being delivered to your work address to ensure prompt delivery.

 

Once the New Zealand shipment arrives all items will be sent registered post with an ETA of between 5 - 7 days at the latest (By Courier).

Do you ship to my country?

We keep it simple and only ship to New Zealand. We are able to effectively track orders to New Zealand and have every confidence of gear being delivered on time. If you really need something from us but are based overseas, please make contact and we will see if something is possible.

When will my order be sent out?

Our reaction time is good and most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment being made on a weekday from Monday to Friday (Friday if the order is recieved before 12noon). If an order is paid during the weekend the order will be processed on the Monday (Tuesday, if Monday is a public holiday) We’ll let you know immediately if a hold-up is expected. The normal maximum delivery time is 5 to 7 days.

How do I know my order has been received?

Once you have processed your check out and payment you will receive an email notification of your order. This will outline your billing and shipping details, a summary of the items you ordered and an itemised account of all charges. Once you receive this you can rest assured that we have your order and are working on turning it around for you as soon as possible.

How do I track my order? Has it been shipped?

Simply login to 'My Account' for up-to-date info on your order. You can check the status of your order and all your previous orders by clicking into the "Order Tracking" section via the link on the top menu navigation bar.

 Contact us at info@fivefingers.co.nz quoting your order number and and we will get straight onto it.

When will my backorder arrive?

We will always keep you up-to-date with the status of your order. If for whatever reason we experience a delay with your order we will notify you of the problem and let you decide how you would like us to proceed. If you cannot wait then we will provide a complete refund and cancel your order, or if patience is your best virtue then we will advise you on an ETA. Rest assured we will do everything in our power to ship your order ASAP.
